    What is your cancellation policy?

    We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour* Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.

    What time should I arrive for my tour?

    We ask that everyone arrives 15 minutes early to get fitted for bikes and to ensure an on-time departure. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for late arrivals.

    Is this tour appropriate for children?

    We ask that all guests be at least 9 years old, and that anyone under 16 years old is accompanied by an adult. If you have younger children, thanks for reaching out to us about a private family tour.

    How long will the tour be?

    We will be together for about 5 hours, 2.5 of which will be easy riding. We’ll cover approximately 14 miles/23 kilometers throughout the tour. This is our easiest tour as we maintain an leisurely pace and stop frequently.

    Can I leave the tour early?

    We kindly ask that once you depart with your guide, you intend on staying for the duration of the tour. The tour is about three hours long, so please plan accordingly.

    Can I reschedule in the event of bad weather?

    We intend on operating rain or shine, and we advise all guests to dress appropriately for the weather.

    Will my bike have a basket?

    Our bikes have small baskets that are great for phones/wallets.

    What kind of bikes do you have?

    You can choose between a comfortable city bike, a hybrid bike, or an electric bike. Our electric bikes are great for anyone concerned about their fitness level or looking for a bit of an extra boost. These bikes are only available for those 16 years or older, and there is a $25 upgrade fee.

    Am I required to wear a helmet?

    Yes, British Columbia law requires that all cyclists wear helmets while riding. These are provided at no additional charge and they are sanitized before and after each use.

    What's included in this tour?

    The bike, helmet, and knowledgable local guide are all encompassed in the tour price. There is a British Colombia sales tax of 5% that will be calculated at the time of checkout. During the tour, we’ll stop at the Public Market on Granville Island which is full of shops, eateries, and vendors of all sorts. We recommend bringing cash or card along should you wish to purchase snacks or souvenirs as purchases here are not included in the tour price. Gratuities are also at your discretion at the end of the tour.

    What additional covid measures are in place?

    We ask that all guests have and wear a mask while indoor and whenever a 6 foot/2 meter distance cannot be maintained. We are committed to sanitizing all of our equipment regularly and following the latest government protocol.

    Can I store my bags at your office?

    Of course! You are welcome to bring your larger bags along at the start of the tour and leave them in our shop until we return.
