Beautiful Beaches and Mayan Ruins
A town on the Caribbean coastline of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, Tulum is a vibrant and beautiful city. It’s known for its beaches and well-preserved ruins of an ancient Mayan port city. In addition to the beaches, ruins, and beautiful weather, Tulum has lush jungles, cenotes (caves or sinkholes filled with crystal-clear waters), gorgeous lagoons and upscale nightlife.
Because Tulum is still basically a village, it’s a lot closer to its roots than other popular locations on the Mayan Riviera. Tulum, which was originally called Zama, was a major port city for the Maya people 500 years ago. Our bikes tours offer insight into this city’s rich history, unique cuisine, and breath-taking views.
