Good to Know
  • We ask that for all participants to be at least 13 years old and able to ride their own bicycle.
  • This tour is about three and a half hours long (finishing around 11am) while our Highlights Tour is about five and a half hours long (finishing around 1:30pm). Our Highlights Tour covers a distance of 12.5 miles/20 kilometers. Both tours include visiting the Tulum Ruins and tacos, but our Highlights Tour also includes visiting a Mayan Bee Farm and allows for time to visit Cenote.

What's the cancellation policy?

We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour departure. Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.

Are helmets mandatory?

Yes, helmets are required.

Can I leave the tour early?

This may be possible, but we’d ask that you contact us in advance.

Can I store my luggage at your shop during the tour?

Yes!

How long is the tour?

The Express Tour is about three and a half hours long (finishing around 11am).

Is this a good tour for kids?

We ask that for all participants to be at least 12 years old and able to ride their own bicycle.

What if it rains?

Our tours run rain or shine, so please come prepared! In the event of extremely bad weather, our customer service team will contact you to reschedule or cancel.

What kind of bikes do you use?

We use comfortable urban bikes, but you can also upgrade to an e-bike for an additional $25.

What's included?

We provide the bike, helmet, water, tacos, juice, a live guide, and all entry fees for all mentioned activities and monuments. Do let us know of any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.

Will my bike have a basket?

Our bikes do not have baskets, so we ask that all guests bring backpacks should you wish to carry more than small personal items that will fit in pockets.

Will we enter any of the monuments that we see?

We will enter the Tulum Ruins archeological site.
