This tour meets at Avenida Tulum S/N. Entre Orion y, C. Centauro Sur, Centro, 77760 Tulum, Q.R., Mexico.

What's the cancellation policy?

We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour departure. Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.

Are helmets mandatory?

Yes, helmets are required.

Can I leave the tour early?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for guests to leave the group tour on their own.  Should you need to leave early, we will need to lock the bikes and ask that you pay for your own taxi.

Can I store my luggage at your shop during the tour?

Yes!

How long is the tour?

The tour is about six hours long and covers a distance of 5 miles/9 kilometers.

Is this a good tour for kids?

We ask that for all participants to be at least 13 years old and able to ride their own bicycle.

What if it rains?

Our tours run rain or shine, so please come prepared! In the event of extremely bad weather, our customer service team will contact you to reschedule or cancel.

What kind of bikes do you use?

We use comfortable mountain bikes that are great for trail riding.

What's included?

We provide the bike, helmet, water, lunch, a live guide and all entry fees for mentioned activities and monuments. Do let us know of any dietary restrictions in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Will my bike have a basket?

Our bikes do not have baskets, so we ask that all guests bring backpacks should you wish to carry more than small personal items that will fit in pockets.

Will we enter any of the monuments that we see?

This tour has been designed to focus on the beautiful cenotes around Tulum, and we will visit and have the chance to swim in three of them.
