No, we unfortunately do not have e-bikes, but our bikes are easy to ride cruiser bikes and the route is very flat.

We kindly ask that once you depart with your guide, you intend on staying for the duration of the tour. The tour is about three hours long, so please plan accordingly.

Food is included, however it is not possible to cater to dietary restrictions. Japanese cuisine often contains meat and seafood elements, with ‘dashi’ being a common base ingredient. Please understand that we will be visiting typical neighborhood eateries and that it can be difficult to cater to personal tastes, dietary requirements and food allergies. Feel free to tuck into as much or as little of the food as you wish. If the selection of eats on the day doesn’t quite satisfy your dietary requirements, just give the word and w’re more than happy to discount the food element on any cycling tour.

What riding level do I need?

For the enjoyment of all guests attending and for your personal safety, it’s recommended that you’re competent riding a bike through narrow and potentially crowded streets and on uneven surfaces for a distance of roughly 7.5-9.5 miles/ 12-15 kilometers.

Is water included or can I purchase some before the tour?

There is water available for purchase before the tour.
