Where is the meeting point?
We meet at Kungsbro Strand 21, Stockholm, located 500m from Central Station.
What is the cancellation policy?
We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour departure. Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.
What is the minimum number of guests allowed on the tour?
We ask that all groups have a minimum of 2 guests. If you are traveling solo, we will do our best to pair you with another traveller or another party, or we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Will there be a basket on my bike or a way to carry my bag?
No, these bikes do not have a basket to carry any items. Please bring only what you need for the tour and/or a small backpack.
What if it rains?
We are an outdoor company that runs our tours rain or shine! We only cancel or reschedule tours in the event the guide considers it unsafe to run the tour.
Can I leave the tour early?
Unfortunately no; once you depart with your guide you will need to stay with the group for the duration of the tour. The tour is 3 hours long.
Do we go inside the museums and monuments?
We unfortunately do not have time on this tour to enter any of the monuments or museums that we’ll see. Your guide will give you plenty of helpful hints to go back and dive a bit deeper into the areas of the city that interest you most following the tour.
Is this tour appropriate for children?
We ask that all participants are over 12 years old. Feel free to contact us if you’d like to discuss whether or not this might be a good tour for your child.
What kind of bikes do you have?
We use comfortable city bikes that are great for all sizes. They have 2 speeds and coaster brakes. We also have e-bikes available for an upgrade.
Do you have e-bikes??
Yes! We have pedal-assist e-bikes available for an upgrade.
Are helmets required?
We always recommend that guests wear helmets, but they’re only mandatory for those under 15 years old.
How long is the ride?
This tour is 3 hours long and covers about 9 miles/ 15 kilometers.
Is water included or can I purchase some before the tour?
There is water available for purchase before the tour.
Can I store my luggage at your shop during the tour?
We provide lockers for small luggage storage. Larger pieces of luggage may not be able to fit, and we recommend using the big lockers at central station.
