    Where is the meeting point?

    Our shop is located at 8500 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069. It is recommended to take a ride share such as Uber or Lyft to the meeting point, though there is limited parking available behind the shop.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour* Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.

    Do I have to wear a helmet?

    Yes, helmets are required for safety.

    What are your covid policies?

    Under current CDC and California guidelines, guests are no longer required to wear a mask outdoors. You are welcome to bring and wear a mask if you prefer. For those who would like to be extra cautious during these times, you can upgrade any of our daily public tours to a private tour of LA; thanks for contacting us if you would prefer a private option. All of our guides and staff are fully vaccinated, and all bikes are cleaned between tours.

    What kind of bikes do you have?

    We use high quality multi-speed hybrid city bikes, or you can upgrade to a pedal-assist electric bike for an additional $25/person. Please select this option when checking out if you’d like an e-bike for the ride.

    How long is the ride?

    This tour is about 2.5 hours long covering 10 miles (16km).

    Do you have electric bikes?

    Yes! You are welcome to upgrade to a pedal-assist electric bike for an additional $25/person. There are some small hills on the tour but it is mostly easy, flat riding. E-bikes are a great option should you be concerned about small inclines or if you just want to try one out!

    Do we go inside the museums and monuments?

    This is a tour designed to discover the homes and locations of celebrities and movie shoots. We have not designated time to enter any stores, buildings, or museums, but your guide will be happy to provide you with recommendations after the tour.

    Is this tour appropriate for children?

    Yes! This is a great tour for kids as long as they feel comfortable riding a bike for the full tour duration. This is the perfect tour to test their skills as it’s only 2.5 hours and is full of fascinating sights and stories that will hold their attention.

    Is water included or can I purchase some before the tour?

    You are welcome to purchase water at our shop before the tour. There are no stops along the tour to purchase any food or drink. We recommend bringing along at least one bottle of water when it’s very hot during the summer.

    Can I leave the tour early?

    We kindly ask that once you depart with your guide, you intend on staying for the duration of the tour. The tour is about three hours long, so please plan accordingly.

    Can I reschedule in the event of bad weather?

    We intend on operating rain or shine, and we advise all guests to dress appropriately for the weather.

    Will my bike have a basket?

    Our bikes have small baskets that are great for phones/wallets.

    Can I store my luggage at your shop during the tour?

    Of course! You are welcome to store bags in our office while on tour.
