What is your cancellation policy?

We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour* Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.

Can I leave the tour early?

We encourage you to stay with the group for the entire tour. If you’re interested in a shorter tour we can offer you a private tour for your group.

Do I have to wear a helmet?

No helmets are not required but available for those who wish to wear one.

Do we go inside the museums and monuments?

No we do not enter any monuments or museums.

Do you have electric bikes?

Yes in limited number. Please let us know when booking if you are interested in an e-bike.

How long is the ride?

This tour is 3.5 hours long and we cover about 12km (7.5 miles).

Is there a place to store bags and luggage during the tour?

We can arrange to store some luggage while you are on tour.

Is this tour appropriate for children?

Yes we welcome children of all ages on tour.

Is water included or can I purchase some before the tour?

There is water available for purchase at the shop just next to our office before the tour. We also stop for a snack while on tour.

Should I bring cash?

No, most places accept cards.

What are your child bike options in size and quantity

There are child seats, child trailers which accommodate two children, 20″ size bikes, 24″ size bikes and 26″ size bikes. Please note when booking if you would like to reserve one.

What are your covid policies?

We’re following local guidelines and currently no masks are required while on tour.

What are your hygiene regulations?

We clean and disinfect all bikes and equipment before each tour.

What is your weather policy?

Our tours run in all weather and in severe cases we’ll do our best to reschedule you.

What kind of bikes do you have?

We use comfortable city bikes.

Will there be a basket on my bike or a way to carry my bag?

We offer baskets for free attached on the back of the bikes!
