E-Bike in Bordeaux

We will begin our tour at our centrally located office, where you’ll have the opportunity to test out our comfortable and state-of-the-art e-bikes. These e-bikes are designed to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable ride, ensuring that you can focus on taking in the beautiful surroundings without any hassle. Once everyone is comfortable with their e-bikes, we will embark on our journey.

This tour departs from 9 rue Baste, Bordeaux, France. Our e-Bike shop is conveniently located in the Chartrons district, reachable by tram. The nearest tram stops are Arrêt Tram B “Chartrons” and Arrêt Tram C “Camille Godard”. From either stop, it’s just a short 5-7 minute walk to our location.

Where is the tour meeting point?

This tour meets at 9 Rue Baste, Bordeaux, France! Our e-Bike shop is conveniently located in the Chartrons district, reachable by tram. The nearest tram stops are Arrêt Tram B “Chartrons” and Arrêt Tram C “Camille Godard”. From either stop, it’s just a short 5-7 minute walk to our location.

What is your cancellation policy?

We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour* Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.

Are helmets mandatory?

No, but they are provided for those who wish to use one.

Can I leave the tour early?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate special requests like this on our public tours. Once the tour begins we ask that you stay with the guide and the group until the end. If you’re interested in something shorter, please inquire about a private tour.

How big is the group?

We ask for a minimum of 2 guests per departure and can accommodate up to 10 guests in one group.

How long is the ride?

We’ll cover about 9 miles/14 kilometers over the course of 4 hours.

Is there a place to store bags and luggage during the tour?

Yes! You are welcome to leave your larger bags at our shop during the tour.

Is this tour appropriate for children?

This is not a great tour for individuals under 5 ft 1 in (155 cm) in height. Taller children are welcome to join as long as they are confident riders.

What if it rains?

We will ride in slight rain and we have rain ponchos available for you. In the event of heavy rain/inclement weather, we will contact you to reschedule. Cancellation/rescheduling is at our discretion.

What kind of bikes do you have?

We have comfortable, pedal-assist e-bikes that are great for anyone over 5 ft 1 in (155 cm) in height. Individuals over 250 lbs (113 kg) in weight and those with a low level of fitness are discouraged from joining the tour.

What's included?

We include a live, local guide, the e-bike, helmets (not mandatory, but available), and the cost of some food and drink in the Marché de Capucins. We’ll provide an array of cheese, bread, vegetables, charcuterie, and a curated selection of three wines: red, white, and sparkling.  Additional food and drink must be purchased.

Will my bike have a basket?

There will either be a basket, a bike bag, or a luggage rack on your bike that can carry small bags and water bottles.  Other larger bags can be left at our office for the duration of the tour.
