What is your cancellation policy?
We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour* Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.
Are helmets mandatory?
No, but we have helmets that are free of charge and available for use should you wish to have one for the tour.
Can I leave the tour early?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests like this on our group tours, and ask that you plan on staying with us until the tour is over.
Can I store my luggage at your shop during the tour?
Yes!
How long is the tour?
The tour is about 2.5 hours long and we’ll cover approximately 6.2 miles/10 kilometers.
Is this a good tour for kids?
This is a great tour for kids 12 and up!
Can I reschedule in the event of bad weather?
We intend on operating rain or shine, and we advise all guests to dress appropriately for the weather.

We provide the bike, expert local guide, helmets if you wish to use them, and a ton of fun!
What kind of bikes do you use?
We have comfortable and high quality Dutch grandma-style bikes which are great for most adults. We do have an array of bike sizes available, and we’ll be happy to help you pick out the best one upon arrival. We ask that all riders are at least 12 years old.
Will my bike have a basket?
We have baskets available if you’d like one!
Do we go inside the museums and monuments?
No we do not enter any monuments or museums.
