Visit Alicante by bike! This tour is guaranteed to show you the best of our beautiful city. We’ll kick things off in the historical town center.  From here, we’ll cruise through the colorful neighborhood known as ‘Santa Cruz’.

Where is the tour meeting point?

All tours meet at our office located at Calle Cienfuegos 1, 03002 Alicante, Spain.

What is your cancellation policy?

We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour* Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.

Will I need to wear a helmet?

Helmets are provided for all free of charge, but are only mandatory for those under 16 years of age.

What kind of bikes do you have?

We have a variety of bikes for you to choose from; we offer city bikes, electric bikes, and mountain bikes. You are welcome to try them all on the day on your tour and pick the one you like the most!

How long is the ride?

We’ll cover about 5 miles/8 kilometers over the course of 2.5 hours.

Is this tour appropriate for children?

We have a limited number of smaller bikes available, so please leave us a note in your booking or contact us in advance should you require a smaller bike. We unfortunately do not have any tandem or trailer attachments, so all riders will need to pedal their own bike.

Can I leave the tour early?

We kindly ask that once you depart with your guide, you intend on staying for the duration of the tour. The tour is about three hours long, so please plan accordingly.

Do we go inside the museums and monuments?

We will make time to enter the Townhall and the Central Market. The rest of the tour is meant to appreciate Alicante from a broad perspective, but your guide will give you plenty of helpful information to return to the areas of interest you enjoyed the most.

Can I reschedule in the event of bad weather?

We intend on operating rain or shine, and we advise all guests to dress appropriately for the weather.

Is water included or can I purchase some before the tour?

One small bottle of mineral water is provided per person.

Can I store my luggage at your shop during the tour?

Of course! You are welcome to store bags in our office while on tour.
