What is your cancellation policy?
We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour* Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
Helmets are not required but are available free of charge.
What kind of bikes do you have?
We use comfortable city bikes & also have e-bikes available. Our bike are equipped with big baskets.
How long is the tour?
The tour is about 3 hours and approximately 7.5 miles/12 kilometers.
Can I leave the tour early?
We kindly ask that once you depart with your guide, you intend on staying for the duration of the tour. The tour is about three hours long, so please plan accordingly.
Can I reschedule in the event of bad weather?
We intend on operating rain or shine, and we advise all guests to dress appropriately for the weather.
Is this tour appropriate for children?
Yes! We have a variety of bike accessories and smaller bikes available for kids of all ages.
Do we go inside the museums and monuments?
This tour is designed to show you Agadir from a broad perspective. We won’t have time during the tour to enter any of the sites that we see, but your guide will provide you with plenty of details after the tour so that you can go back and visit the sites you enjoyed the most.
Can I store my luggage at your shop during the tour?
Of course! You are welcome to store bags in our office while on tour.
What's included?
We provide the bike, helmet (not mandatory), water, juice, fruit, tea, and a local pastry. Additional food & drinks and gratuities are not included.
