Is this a good tour for kids?

Due to the size of our e-bikes, we ask that all participants be at least 12 years old and a minimum height of 4’9″ (150cm). If your child is borderline, we encourage you to contact us ahead of time to determine the child’s riding ability. We want everyone to have fun and be safe on our tours!

What kind of e-bikes do you have?

Our electric bikes are pedal-assist bicycles, meaning that the rider must first pedal in order for the battery assistance to kick in. These bikes essentially amplify one’s ability to pedal. These bikes are different to throttle bikes which can be used without pedaling, and are more similar to mopeds or electric scooters. Our pedal-assist bikes are great for those new to e-bikes as the level of assistance can be changed throughout the tour. Rest assured that we will give a brief tutorial on the bikes before beginning the tour!

Do I have to wear a helmet?

Yes, helmets are required for safety.

Am I required to wear a mask on tour?

No mask is required while cycling, but we do take care to socially distance ourselves when stopped, and masks may be required in some situations.

    How long is the tour?

This tour is around 3 hours and covers approximately 5.6 miles/9 kilometers.

Do we go inside the museums and monuments?

We unfortunately do not have time on this tour to enter any of the monuments or museums that we’ll see. Your guide will give you plenty of helpful hints to go back and dive a bit deeper into the areas of the city that interest you most following the tour.
