How Do We Find Your Office?
Our shop is directly under the giant TV Tower in Alexanderplatz. If you're coming from the metro station and walking towards the Tower, we're around the right-hand corner from the entrance, near the Subway sandwich shop and behind the City Bistro restaurant.Back to top

Reservations are NOT required for our City Bike Tour. Just show up at our meeting at the TV Tower. If you feel more comfortable reserving a spot, however, you can do so here.Reservations are highly recommended for both our Berlin Wall Bike Tour or Third Reich Bike Tour. Again, please make those reservations here. Reservations ARE required for our Potsdam Bike Tour. Please call us, email us, or click here for a reservation.

Where do I go for my tour?
All of our tours meet at the main entrance of the TV Tower. We start there before walking around the right-hand corner to grab bikes.Back to top
How long do the tours last? What if I can't take part in the whole tour because of a previous engagement?
All our bike tours except the Potsdam Tour last approximately 4.5 hours and each covers roughly 6 miles (9-10 kilometers). Should you need to leave the tour early (for a flight, previous engagement, etc), it's no problem, just let your guide know at the start of the tour so that we can make special arrangements. Our Potsdam Tour is about 6.5 hours long, including transportation time, and covers about 10 miles (16 kilometers). Leaving early from this tour is a bit more difficult because we are outside Berlin. Should you need to leave our Potsdam Tour early, please contact us beforehand so we can make appropriate arrangements.

I'm out of shape and/or haven't ridden a bike in years. Can I handle the tour?
No problem! Our tours are designed to be as easy as possible for anyone. We're only covering 6 or so miles in 4.5 hours - anyone can do these tours! Our Potsdam Tour is also largely one park ride to the next so very easy going. Actually, you'll find yourself more energized at the end of the tour than at the start. Berlin and Potsdam are the perfect cities to see by bike: huge, flat, and bike-friendly.Back to top
Are the tours cancelled in case of rain?
No, our tours run rain or shine. We have ponchos available for anyone that needs them in our office.Back to top
Do we go inside the museums and monuments?
We cannot enter the monuments because German Law restricts museum guides to their authorized officials. Plus, some people would want to spend only ten minutes in the museum while others would prefer 3 hours. You will, however, have time to walk around some of the most important highlights at your discretion. For instance, on the City Tour we provide time to explore Checkpoint Charlie, on the Berlin Wall tour you can peruse the Eastside Gallery at your leisure, and on the Third Reich tour you're given time to investigate the July 20th, 1994 Memorial. On the Potsdam Tour we do go into the Cecilienhof Palace because this was such a significant building during various parts of Berlin's history. Your entry and audio guide are included in the tour price! (EUR 6 savings).

How many people take part in the tours?
The number of people on the tour varies day-by-day, as no reservations are necessary except for our Potsdam Tour. Our tours are very popular for very good reason (they're great tours!) so if the group gets too large we split the group at the meeting point into as many sub-groups as necessary. We have plenty of bikes and plenty of tour guides, so just sit back and we'll take care of the logistics.Back to top
