Will my bike have a basket?

Our bikes are not equipped with baskets so we recommend that all guests bring only what they require for the tour.  Our bikes are equipped with luggage racks on the back that are perfect to carry water bottles or small bags, and you are welcome to leave larger bags in our shop during the tour.

Are helmets required?

No! Helmets are provided free of charge but they are not required.

What kind of bikes do you have?

We have comfortable city bikes that are great for most adult riders, children’s bikes (20″ frames) and e-bikes for an upgrade of €10/person based on availability.  E-bikes can be used by all riders 12 years and older, however the itinerary is flat and e-bikes are not needed for confident riders.

How long is the tour?

The tour is about 2 hours long and we’ll cover 5-6 miles (8-9kilometers).

My group size is larger than the dropdown menu allows, how can I book?

We would love to accommodate your group! Please contact our Groups team to see what options we have.

Is this tour appropriate for children?

Yes! We often have families join us on tour, and we have 20″ frames available for small children who are comfortable on a bike.

Can I leave the tour early?

We kindly ask that once you depart with your guide, you intend on staying for the duration of the tour. The tour is about three hours long, so please plan accordingly.

Do we go inside the museums and monuments?

We unfortunately do not have time on this tour to enter most of the monuments or museums that we’ll see, but we will try and take some time to see the famous Patios. Your guide will give you plenty of helpful hints to go back and dive a bit deeper into the areas of the city that interest you most following the tour.

Can I reschedule in the event of bad weather?

We intend on operating rain or shine, and we advise all guests to dress appropriately for the weather.

Is water included or can I purchase some before the tour?

Water is not included, so we recommend bringing along your own bottle or purchasing a bottle at a shop before the tour.

Is there a place to store bags and luggage during the tour?

Yes, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the meeting point, just please let us know in the notes of your booking in advance.
