旅程将在Monte Calamita进行，然后，对于有一定经验的骑行者，将前往Innamorata海滩。技术上简单但路面崎岖，因此需要一定的骑行经验。在暮色中返回，开启自行车灯（如果需要），沿约30分钟的土路返回起点（Tenuta delle Ripalte中心的Elba MTB Capoliveri）。旅程结束后，可以在Tenuta delle Ripalte设施的酒吧或餐厅享用美食。
