What’s an electric bike? These bicycles use a small motor to help power you forward and give you momentum – meaning less effort and going farther! They are perfect for a tour like this that covers a ton of ground in a short amount of time. Perfect for those in D.C. with limited free time, locals who want to try something new, and anyone interested in a unique day out! If you can ride a regular bike and you’re at least 16 years of age, you can ride an electric bike.
No other tour on our menu covers as many sites as this one! Join us in D.C. to see the best of the Nation’s Capital. We’ll cruise through central D.C., along the National Mall and past the many Smithsonian museums. We’ll also take a brief stop for lunch (cost not included, please bring cash or credit card or you are welcome to bring your own packed lunch) we’ll pedal by the Smithsonian Institution and Washington Monument on our way to the hub of memorials and monuments dotted along the National Mall and Tidal Basin. Due to road closures in D.C., we unfortunately will not have up-close access to the Supreme Court, the East Side of the Capitol, the Library of Congress, or or Union Station in 2021.
We give you plenty of time at each stop to hear fascinating stories and anecdotes from your tour guide, and of course take some photos.
