Feel like a local as an Italian chef welcomes you to a newly furbished cooking school in the heart of Trastevere. You will learn to make two classic Italian pastas; fettuccine and ravioli from scratch! As you’re learning, you’ll also be able to enjoy Prosecco, wine, and light appetizers. This is a true Roman experience in the heart of a bustling local neighborhood.
We’ll kick off the class in a traditional Roman way; with a glass of Prosecco and a shared plate of Italian cheese and charcuterie. You will have the opportunity to get to know the other guests and listen to the chef as he/she explains the recipes, the tradition, and then gets you equipped to get your hands dirty.
