เริ่มต้นจาก Montalbano เราจะปั่นจักรยานไปตามถนนสายรองที่มีการจราจรเบาบาง เพื่อไปยังฟาร์ม Maseria 3 แห่งที่แตกต่างกัน โดยแต่ละแห่งจะมีสถาปัตยกรรม ประเภท กิจกรรมดั้งเดิม และลักษณะทางเศรษฐกิจในปัจจุบันที่แตกต่างกัน ทัวร์จะดำเนินไปอย่างช้าๆ บนถนนเล็กๆ ที่เรียงรายด้วยหินและกำแพงหินแห้ง รวมถึงเส้นทางเดินสัตว์ที่แทบไม่เคยมีคนมาเยือน และทิวทัศน์อันเป็นเอกลักษณ์
