Med start från Montalbano cyklar vi på mindre trafikerade vägar för att nå tre olika typer av masserias, var och en med olika arkitektur, typ, traditionella aktiviteter och nuvarande ekonomiska inriktning. Turen fortsätter långsamt på små stenmurade vägar, sällan besökta boskapsstigar och unika landskap.
Vid turens slut besöker vi en olivoljefabrik för att njuta av en olivoljeprovning tillsammans med grönsaksprodukter och traditionella snacks.
