Where is the meeting point?
This tour departs from our office, located at Mercado del Arenal, C. Pastor y Landero, 4, 41001 Sevilla, Spain. We are five minutes away from Plaza de Armas (the Bus Station), which is next to the Bullring and a couple of minutes away from the Puente de Triana.
What is the cancellation policy?
We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour departure. Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.
What kind of bikes do you use?
We use comfortable city bikes that are great for all sizes.
Are helmets mandatory?
For children under 12 yes, and they are available for anyone over 12 free of charge.
Can I leave the tour early?
We kindly ask that once you depart with your guide, you intend on staying for the duration of the tour. The tour is about three hours long, so please plan accordingly.
Do we go inside the museums and monuments?
We unfortunately do not have time on this tour to enter any of the monuments or museums that we’ll see. Your guide will give you plenty of helpful hints to go back and dive a bit deeper into the areas of the city that interest you most following the tour.
Can I reschedule in the event of bad weather?
We intend on operating rain or shine, and we advise all guests to dress appropriately for the weather.
What are you covid policies?
Our bikes and helmets are cleaned before and after each tour. Mask regulations change depending on local laws.
How long is the tour?
We will have a leisurely ride for around 3 hours and cover about 6-8 miles/10-13 kilometers.
What's included in the tour?
We provide the bike, a helmet (available for free but not mandatory), a bottle of water, a local, knowledgable guide, and plenty of opportunities to stop for photos and ask questions. The cost of snacks during the tour is at your discretion, as are gratuities.
Will my bike have a basket?
Our bikes have small baskets that are great for phones/wallets.
