Where is the tour meeting point?
All tours meet at our office located at Riad Larousse, Marrakech, 40000, Morocco.
What is your cancellation policy?
We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour* Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.
Will I need to wear a helmet?
Helmets are provided for all free of charge, but are only mandatory for those under 16 years of age.
What kind of bikes do you have?
We use comfortable city bikes equipped with big baskets.
How long is the tour?
The tour will be between 2.5-3 hours with plenty of stops for photos and information throughout. We’ll cover approximately 7.8 miles/12.5 kilometers.
Can I leave the tour early?
We kindly ask that once you depart with your guide, you intend on staying for the duration of the tour. The tour is about three hours long, so please plan accordingly.
Can I reschedule in the event of bad weather?
We intend on operating rain or shine, and we advise all guests to dress appropriately for the weather.
Is this tour appropriate for children?
Yes! We have a variety of bike accessories and smaller bikes available for kids of all ages.
Do we go inside the museums and monuments?
Yes! We’ll visit several significant landmarks, such as the Sidi Bel Abbes, the Koutoubia Mosque, and a historic church. We cover all entrance fees to these places and there are no additional charges.
Can I store my luggage at your shop during the tour?
Of course! You are welcome to store bags in our office while on tour.
What's included?
We provide the bike, helmet (not mandatory for adults), water, juice, fruit, tea or coffee, and a local pastry. Additional food & drinks and gratuities are not included.
