투어는 모노폴리 구시가지 방문으로 시작하며, Basilica Concattedrale 두오모에 잠시 들른 후 올리브 나무와 건식 돌담이 끝없이 펼쳐진 가장 전형적인 풀리아 시골로 들어갑니다.
투어는 Spirito Santo의 시골 교회로 향하는 오래된 길을 따라 이어집니다. 동굴에 위치한 이 천 년 된 교회는 9세기부터 사용되었으며, 중세 프레스코화를 소장하고 있습니다. 구불구불한 줄기의 올리브 나무와 요새화된 농가(masserie)는 매혹적이고 화려한 시골 생활을 표현합니다.
투어는 도시 교통에서 벗어나 편안한 자전거 라이딩과 장인 아이스크림(셔벗) 시식으로 마무리됩니다.
