最初の訪問地はラ・カンブのドイツ軍墓地です。その後、ユタ・ビーチ地区から、D-Dayに米空挺部隊によって解放されたフランスで最初の町、サント＝メール＝エグリーズへ向かいます。ここでは空挺博物館を訪れ、1944年6月5日から6日の夜に使用されたオリジナルの装備、武器、そして実際のグライダーや輸送機を見学します。次に、米国レンジャー隊がドイツの砲兵陣地を破壊するために登った崖、ポワント・デュ・オックへ向かいます。防御施設と掩蔽壕は、1944年6月当時とそのまま残っています。
昼食後、オマハ・ビーチへ移動します。ここでは第29および第1米国師団が上陸し、ドイツ軍の防御に対して甚大な損失を被りました。ツアーのクライマックスは、コルヴィル＝シュル＝メールにある米国軍人墓地を訪れ、墓石に敬意を表し、ノルマンディー解放のために命を捧げたアメリカ兵に追悼の意を表することです。午後5時には、旗降納式とTAPSのセレモニーを見学した後、パリに戻ります。
