Von Montalbano aus radeln wir auf verkehrsarmen Nebenstraßen zu drei verschiedenen Arten von Masserias, jede mit unterschiedlicher Architektur, Art, traditionellen Aktivitäten und aktueller wirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung. Die Tour führt langsam auf kleinen, von Steinen gesäumten Straßen mit Trockenmauern, selten besuchten Viehwegen und einzigartigen Landschaften weiter.
Am Ende der Tour besuchen wir eine Olivenölmühle, um eine Olivenölverkostung mit pflanzlichen Produkten und traditionellen Snacks zu genießen.
