Es wird eine Zeitreise, bei der Sie befestigte Bauernhöfe, eine alte unterirdische Ölmühle mit einem echten Ölmuseum sowie Felsenkirchen mit mittelalterlichen Fresken durchqueren. Eine emotionale Reise, die Ihnen ermöglicht, authentische Orte in dieser Ecke Apuliens zu entdecken, entlang von Landstraßen und alten Wegen. Eine entspannende Fahrt durch die Natur, im Schatten von jahrhundertealten Olivenbäumen, Johannisbrotbäumen, Mandelbäumen, Feigen und Kaktusfeigen, entlang von Nebenstraßen und alten Lehmwegen, gesäumt von Trockenmauern. Die Tour endet mit einer Verkostung typischer apulischer Produkte und einer sensorischen Analyse verschiedener Arten von apulischem nativem Olivenöl Extra.
