My name is Lisa Buros-Hutchins. I came to Paris many years ago with a dream of living ‘la vie parisienne’. I have had the great pleasure of doing just that, whilst running one of the largest tourist companies in Europe, specializing in Paris. 

I have worked with thousands of people through the years across a broad spectrum of Paris tourism. However, my favourite part is always talking with my clients and unfolding the City of Lights for them, hearing their excitement start to rise as they begin to realise the trip they have been dreaming of is very much within reach.

Pre-trip Phone Consultation: 60,00 Euro

Preparation is everything, and for this I offer a phone consultation service to clients seeking essential information to better plan your time in Paris.  A typical 1-1.5 hour consultation will cover everything from the best restaurants for dining, organising day trips, finding the special experiences to enjoy while you are in Paris and simply organising your time most efficiently so you hit the ground running when you arrive in the City of Light. 

Standard Full Concierge Service: 275,00 Euro (up to 7 days)

My Standard Full Concierge Service is a comprehensive service where I will work with you to plan a fantastic itinerary for your family, handling all details from restaurant reservations to organising experiences and tours.  We will begin with a phone consultation so that I can understand all that you wish to experience in the City of Light, as well as learn your travelling preferences. Before you leave for Paris I will send you a fully detailed and flexible day-to-day suggested itinerary to use when you arrive in the City of Light based entirely on your preferences.

Premier V.I.P. Full Concierge Service: 685,00 Euro (up to 7 days)

The Premier V.I.P. Full Concierge Service is a fully detailed package for the discerning traveller seeking a trip to Paris with every detail handled.  I will meet with you the day you arrive in Paris to go over the itinerary I have designed for you and remain available to assist you throughout the duration of your stay.  I oversee everything from your car service, stocking your apartment with groceries, delivering Paris Museum Passes, Metro and opera tickets, as well as providing you with an orientation to Paris, with special regard to the neighbourhood you are staying in.  There are many other details which I will be happy to provide if you are interested in retaining this specialised service.

Ticket Arrangement, Paris Museum Pass and Metro ticket delivery

I charge a standard 15,00 Euro for delivery of Paris Museum Passes and metro tickets.  They will be delivered directly to your hotel or apartment to be ready and waiting for you upon check in.

I charge a standard 20% service fee to secure tickets for the Paris Opéra, ballet, train tickets, as well as sporting events and concerts. The tickets will be delivered to you at your hotel or apartment.
