With Fat Bike Tours you can explore London from a fun and unique perspective. Cycling is an ideal way to experience the sites and serves as the perfect introduction to the city.

Royal or River Thames Bike Tour?

We offer two unique bicycle tours through London. Our Royal London Tour runs daily at 11am from Apr 1 to Oct 31 from our Queensway location. Online booking for the Royal London Tour is recommended but not required. Our River Thames Tour runs daily from May 15 to Sep 15 and meets at 10:30am near Waterloo Station. Online booking for the River Thames Tour is definitely required due to a limited number of spaces. If you would like to do both tours, we offer a £5 discount on your second tour.

Enjoy Your Experience

Our tours are safe and fun. London can be a notoriously tricky place to navigate and we’ve carefully chosen the most relaxed routes. Our guides are pretty awesome and work hard to show you an interesting and entertaining side of London.

All ages are welcome, we have loads of kids bikes, tandems and baby seats, and helmets are available for everyone. Our tours always run rain or shine. Naturally, this being sunny England, we have a massive stockpile of rain ponchos. 

Though reservations are not required for our Royal London Tour, it is a good idea to book ahead of time to let us know if you have children with you. This way we can make sure we have the right size bikes for everyone.

Safety

Our routes have been planned so we spend as little time on the roads as possible. Our Royal London Tour is spent mostly on cycle paths within the royal parks and is very easygoing. The River Thames Tour is a little more adventurous and does require a bit more cycling experience and proficiency. Either way, safety is the number one priority for our guides and they will make sure to lead you through the city safely.
