• Highlight of our time in Berlin

  I wanted to drop both of you a quick note and thank you for the amazing tour that you gave my group on 27 May. Ingo did an phenomenal job in showing us around Berlin. I am not too sure what else to say but "Thank You." I know that for many of my students the bike tour was the highlight of our time in Berlin, and Ingo's in-depth knowledge allowed my students to really see how Berlin, and its unique geography, fit into the grand story of the Cold War. My colleagues and I also truly appreciated the tour because Ingo was able to take our group to sites that we did not know about.

• Everyone's Favorite Thing

  My family had the opportunity to take a bike tour in Berlin this summer with Jeff. I have to tell ya, that was everyone's favorite thing of all our Europe vacation! Thank you Jeff!!!!! We have regaled our friends with many a stories from our bike tour, and of Jeff's humor. :-) (Jeff, if you remember us - we're the family of 9 you called the Von Trapp family because we had all the luggage to store for the day.)

• Thoroughly Enjoyable

  I would just like to thank you for our bike tour on Saturday. It was thoroughly enjoyable and everyone had a great time. I will be recommending the tour to other friends who are planning to visit Berlin shortly. To be able to go on a tour and have it specifically catered to our needs was excellent and we hope that Jeff didn't have too bad an experience having to listen to us and stealing some of his thunder.

• We Want to Become Bike Tour Guides

  Some of my friends and I took your bike tour in Berlin and we loved it so much we took it in Paris. Our tour guy was the best. He was so funny and made the tour so much fun. The other girls are here with me and want me to tell you guys that they love the shirts you have. Also that we want to become a bike tour guide, our parents will be so happy with us. • If I Only Had 24 Hours to Live...

  Hi guys (especially Ingo),
  just a quick note to say thanks a million for the fantastic tour I had last week; I felt 100% more alive after it! It was simply the most fun, most informative, most friendly and funniest tour I've been on, and I'm cursing myself for not having taken the tours before in other cities. If I had only 5 hours in a new city, I would do the tour again. If I only had 24 hours to live, I would do the tour again!

• Great Job of Explaining the History

  Hi - I am not sure if there is a place on your website to post a review but just wanted to share my recent experience:
  
  I participated in a bike tour in Berlin on Thursday, June 26th and it was such a great experience. Francis was the tour guide.
  
  This was my first visit to Berlin and, since I was there for business, I had very limited time for sight-seeing; 2 of my co-workers and I decided on the bike tour as a way to see some of the great sites in Berlin and I am very, very glad that we did. The entire ride was so much fun and the bike ride was a perfect way to see Berlin. A definite added plus was Francis' knowledge of Berlin - we could tell that he really knew what he was talking about. I think someone mentioned that this was only his second guided tour but we would never have known. He was very relaxed and made the tour a lot of fun for everyone. Plus, it was great exercise. So, please extend my thanks to him for making my first bike tour (ever) a fabulous experience!!

• Much Better than Walking or Taking a Bus

  Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our Berlin Wall tour. Both the American and German students found it very interesting and agreed that seeing the city on bike was much better than walking or taking a bus. Our guides, Jeff and Ingo, were fantastic. Besides doing a great job on the tour they also provided excellent suggestions on areas of Berlin to explore after the tour.

• Well Organized, Informative, and Entertaining

  I would just like to say thanks once again for the tour around Berlin. It was well organized, informative, and entertaining. The students, despite being tired, really enjoyed themselves and commented the rest of the weekend on things that Wolf pointed out. • Exceeded Our Expectations

  We have been talking about this tour nonstop! It absolutely exceeded our expectations, as did our tour guide Ingo. He was so knowledgeable, funny, friendly, helpful, and entertaining. He even so much as offered us a BITE of his lunch at the BEAUTIFUL beer garden! On the tour, Ingo was even faced with some criticism by a Ukrainian passerby and he handled himself and the situation very professionally and diplomatically. Everyone was impressed. We would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Berlin. In short, WE LOVED IT and are looking for excuses to go on it again!

• Best Guide I've Ever Had

  Thanks so much, Susann! We just got home last night and I must tell you that EVERYONE called the bike tour the highlight of the entire trip to Germany. It was terrific and Jeff is the absolute best guide I've ever had (I've been a travel agent for 24 years and have experienced all levels of guiding). His personality, sense of humor, and wealth of knowledge is incredible and he totally related to the students. Now, they all want to BE Jeff!

• Knowledge of Berlin's History was Extensive

  Just a quick note to say a big thanks for the bike tour that Jeff took us on last Monday. Chatting later over several beers, we all agreed that the bike tour was the highlight of our stay in Berlin
  Like it says on the website, Jeff's knowledge of Berlin's history was extensive, and he was easily able to 'out-Berlin' Jules and Mike - who fancied themselves as Third Reich experts. His flexibility in changing the tour on request made it an unforgettable day, and his recommendations of restaurants and entertainment was much appreciated by certain members of our group.   Truly the best way to see Berlin! No sweat, just a cool breeze as you ride. Fun and very comfortable. You see a whole lot more than walking and you ride places that buses can't drive. Great personal atmosphere.
