Our Bike Tour Guides
Our guides are some of the best in the business. They are extrememly knowledgeable, very personable, and masters of group chemistry. Their focus is not only to explain history in a manner you can digest and take with you, but also to answer your questions about making the most of your stay in Berlin. Here's our core line-up for 2010:
 | Wolf, in his 10th season, is our Dutch and German Texan with a German degree emphasizing its history. After seeing the movie "Office Space", he quit the "real world" and moved to Germany. |
 | Tom, in his 5th season, joins us from Wales. His energy level is mind-boggling and he's always in good spirits, even when detailing the darkest times in Berlin's history. |
 | Ingo, in his 4th season, is a German American in every sense. The first American enrolled in an East Berlin school after the fall of the Berlin Wall, he'll share his personal insights and anecdotes. |
 | Francis, our charming Kiwi, is not only an avid traveler, but also completed post graduate studies on the Holocaust for which he received the Embassy of Israel Prize in Political Science. |
 | Walid, is our Segway wizard. He quite the "real world" to better his love of music, Berlin, and history. When he's not leading tours or reading he's playing his bass. |
 | Marriette, from Cumbria, moved to Berlin three years ago after her studies. You'll usually find her on a Segway wowing tour participants with her wit and charm. |
 | Carissa, from Oklahoma, is pursuing her PhD in Urban Planning. Her disposition, wealth of knowledge, and language skills make her our Jill of all trades. |
 | Neil, from Manchester and in his fourth season, is our Third Reich specialist. When not leading tours he's at the forefront of Berlin's nightlife scene. |
 | Stacey, from New York, has been won over by Berlin's edginess. She led tours in both her home city and Berlin focusing on subculture and street art. |
 | Sumi, from Seattle, fell in love with Berlin after courses on German history through architecture. She holds two masters' degrees yet prefers biking and the outdoors. |
 | Tam, from Cannes, earned a Master's in Classics from Cambridge. On his tours he enjoys drawing parallels from ancient history to that of 20th Century Berlin. |
 | Nic, has a Master's in Modern History. Prior to leading bike tours in Berlin he was a scouting leader for kids with disabilities in his home country of Belgium. |
 | Kate, hails from the Gold Coast yet has her Honors degree from Alberta. She's sharp as a tack, is a performing artist, and has been leading historical tours for years. |
