What An Incredible Experience

I would like to write to you tell you what an incredible experience I had with Fat Bike Tours in Barcelona. A friend of mine who had taken the same tour earlier in the summer had recommended the tour because she had a great experience.  I was thankful at the end of the tour that I followed her advice.  The guide kept the whole group laughing and entertained the whole entire trip. He made every effort to find out what everyone was up to in Barcelona, and had tips and had recommendations for all.  When I said that I liked the t-shirt our waiter at the Chinguita Bar at the beach had on, he talked to him and helped me get one as a souvenir. Even the next day, when I was searching all throughout town for a special souvenir, I went to the bike shop where he was able to give directions to the bar that had it.  He went above what I would consider his job description at every point of the tour.

I am a very independent traveler.  When I go places I don’t like to have an itinerary or have a tour guide directing my experience.  Taking a bike tour was something I would not usually do. Fat Bike Tours did a great job of not directing me in what experiences I should have in Barcelona, but was actually in itself one of my favorite experiences. I will be sure to take your bike tours on my next visits, as well as recommend them to anyone who I know is going.
